Spirit
A classic lug design by one of the legendary frame building families in Italy. While the Spirit maintains it's classic design features, it is built with Columbus' top end Niobium Spirit for Lugs tubing. The primary tubes for the triple butted Spirit tubing are drawn to 0.5 mm on the ends down to 0.38 mm in the center of the tubes. This gives an extremely lightweight steel frame that is both stiff and comfortable. The Niobium alloy used with Spirit increases the frames resistance to environmental elements.
The Spirit also features the Torelli Paint-On-Order program that enables custom color selection, paint scheme and decal setup. Custom chrome options are also available.
The Mondonico Spirit is built from Columbus Spirit for Lugs tubing. The top tube and down tube are drawn from 0.5 mm at the ends down to 0.38 mm wall thickness. The tubing makes for an extremely light and quick frame. The Niobium alloy gives the frame advanced resistance to environmental elements.
The Spirit is designed with classic road racing geometry in mind.
